I have been working with Culinary Staffing going on 2 years now and I am very happy with the variety of shifts they have to offer. The flexibility of choosing work at local well known kitchens near and far makes it a fun experience. You have college accounts, cafes, to high end hotels, hospitals, museums, celebrity events and even homeless shelters. You can be a cook, dishwasher and server, which and whenever you please all to be well compensated! So far our team of chefs I have come across have been nothing but talented and kind hearted! I truly believe if you were chosen to come aboard this team, you are definitely a chosen one because this job is a huge blessing. I have been with several different staffing agencies in the past but now I work exclusively for Culinary. I cannot say enough great things about them. They treat their staff very well and always provide you with up to the date information. They have a great variety of different venues to pick from whether it be large companies, colleges, studios, or private homes. Culinary staffing is a company that cares about you.
This staffing agency is not suitable for people with two or more jobs or people with steady jobs...I would advise that you look too a more stable form of employment as an alternative to extra income...they may cancel your shift with a days notice I had 6 cancellations in one week alone after I committed to their shifts .....I personally lost out on $1200 in one week because of this agency and couldn't afford to take chances with their cancellations....kitchen staff beware it's a one way street with a dead end

Culinary Staffing has been a reliable resource, supplying us with cooks and prep cooks to support our operations until we can recruit staff to fill the many vacancies. At first, the degree of talent can vary greatly. However, you have the option to deny shifts to those who do not meet expectations while also highlighting the staff who you most prefer to return to your location. Over time, working together with your account representative, you can develop a pool of competent staff to help meet your needs. While we look forward to becoming fully staffed, it is great to have a resource like Culinary Staffing to tide us over.
Culinary staffing assists us in staffing several of our events throughout the year. They provide quality staff for all of our temp staff needs. If there is ever a staffing issue, they are the first ones to remove the staff with no questions asked. They have great responsiveness and follow through. Overall great staffing company. We will use again next year.
